Terms of use for this site and the framework for Velô's commercial offers: licenses, pricing, performance and responsibilities.
Who we are
This site belongs to NETBRAND CORP, West Palm Beach, Florida, United States ("NETBRAND"). Contact: hello@netbrandcorp.com.
Using the site
- You may read, quote and link to the content. Search engines and AI assistants may index it according to our robots.txt.
- You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the service or use the form to send spam.
- The live demo runs in your browser and is illustrative only. Do not paste real patient data into it.
Commercial information
- Per-device license, no page or document limits. USD 4,500 per month per device.
- Velô Nodo: USD 7,000 per device, one-time, with the first month of license free. 6-month minimum term.
- License only, on the customer's compatible hardware: 3-month minimum term.
- 15% off the license when paying 6 months or more upfront. 50% off the second license when buying more than one device.
- Priority support included while the license is active. Shipping outside the United States is not included.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. An offer is binding only when stated in a signed quote or contract, which prevails over this site. Applicable taxes are stated in the quote.
Performance and scope
Text only. Velô processes text, not images or audio, and it is not OCR. If a PDF contains scanned pages or images, Velô detects it and quarantines it without processing it. Personal data inside an image is not detected.
The performance and speed figures on this site come from our internal evaluation and are explained, with their margin of error, in Velô scope and limitations. They are references, not a guarantee for each document. No automated system detects 100% of personal data, and neither does Velô. Performance on your documents is measured in the POC, and any committed service levels are set in the contract.
Customer responsibilities
- Have a legal basis to process the data in its documents and define the transformation policies.
- Validate performance on its own documents and keep sampled human review, especially for medium- and low-reliability data types.
- Handle quarantined documents another way, because Velô does not process them.
- Treat tokenized output with a reversible vault as pseudonymized data, subject to personal data regulation.
- Measure again when document sources change, because the model was trained on data through 2026.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, the velô brand and the Velô software belong to NETBRAND. Use of the software is governed by the license in each customer's contract.
Trade secrets
Velô's architecture, models, training and evaluation data and methodology are NETBRAND trade secrets. This site publishes aggregate results only. Any further technical detail is shared, where appropriate, under a confidentiality agreement.
Warranties and liability
The site and the demo are provided "as is", for information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, NETBRAND is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Product warranties and liability limits are those in each customer's contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless the customer's contract says otherwise or a mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date on this page. Last updated: November 5, 2026.
